Choose Product and Finish
Select a gown, occasion dress, scrub cap, apparel item, bag, purse, label, patch, or other piece, then choose embroidery, HTV vinyl, adhesive vinyl, garment work, or a mixed finish.
Step 03
Confirm the Design
Lucy confirms placement, size, material, colors, timeline, and pricing before production begins. Payment happens after the design is confirmed.
Step 04
Made to Order
Each piece is prepared individually, with turnaround depending on product type, detail level, quantity, and material availability.
